01 / Managed IT
An IT department that already knows how your environment is built.
Keep systems running, users productive, and small problems from becoming emergencies.
Overview
Managed IT is the ongoing part: monitoring, patching, updates, user support, onboarding and offboarding, vendor wrangling, and the hundred small decisions that keep a business running without anyone thinking about it. Most companies get this from a help desk that only knows the ticket in front of them. We do it differently — the same engineers who design and build environments are the ones who run them, so when something breaks, we already know why it was built that way and what it touches.
That matters more than it sounds. A user who can't print is rarely a printer problem; it is a driver, a VLAN, a print server, or a policy. When the people supporting the desktop also understand the network, the servers, the identity system, and the backups, problems get fixed at the root instead of worked around. Fewer repeat tickets, less downtime, and a business that stops noticing IT.
What you get
Outcomes, not a parts list.
- 01
Fewer surprises
Proactive monitoring, patching, and maintenance catch drift, disk pressure, expiring certificates, and failing hardware before they interrupt work.
- 02
One place to call
Desktops, servers, network, cloud accounts, phones, and vendors — one team owns the whole picture, so nothing falls between providers.
- 03
Root-cause fixes
The engineers answering tickets are the same ones who understand your architecture. Problems get solved, not just closed.
- 04
Documented environment
We keep current documentation of your systems, credentials, and configurations — so nothing depends on one person's memory.
- 05
Predictable operations
Standardized builds, defined change processes, and regular reviews replace ad-hoc fixes and one-off configurations.
- 06
Room to grow
New hires, new locations, new applications — the environment is run so that growth is an ordinary event, not a project.

Questions
Common questions
Do you replace our internal IT person or work with them?
Either. Some clients have no IT staff and we act as the department. Others have one or two people who need backup, deeper engineering, or someone to own the infrastructure while they focus on users and applications. We fit around what you have.
What size of company is a good fit?
We work with organizations from roughly ten users to several hundred, across single and multi-site environments. The right question is less about headcount and more about how much your business depends on technology working.
How is managed IT priced?
Typically a flat monthly fee based on the size and complexity of your environment, with a defined scope of what's included. Projects outside that scope are quoted separately so there are no surprises. We'll walk you through it during an initial conversation.
What happens in the first 30 days?
We document what you have — devices, servers, network, cloud tenants, backups, vendors — fix anything urgent, deploy monitoring and management tooling, and produce a short prioritized list of what should change and why.
