04 / Cloud
The right things in the cloud. For the right reasons.
Cloud migrations, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, hybrid environments, SaaS optimization, and cloud architecture.
Overview
"Move to the cloud" is not a strategy; it's a direction. What matters is which workloads belong there, which platform fits your business, how identity and security carry across, and what it will actually cost month to month. We help you make those decisions with clear eyes — and then do the migration cleanly, with email, files, identity, and devices landing where they should and users barely noticing.
We work across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and the major infrastructure providers, and we are not a reseller for any of them. That independence matters: we choose technology based on what works for your business, not what earns a margin. Often the best answer is a hybrid — cloud productivity and identity, some infrastructure on a provider, and a small on-site footprint where latency, cost, or control justify it.
What you get
Outcomes, not a parts list.
- 01
Vendor-neutral advice
Microsoft, Google, or a mix — we recommend what fits your workflows, budget, and existing systems.
- 02
Clean migrations
Email, calendars, files, identity, and devices moved with a plan, a cutover schedule, and a rollback path.
- 03
Identity as the anchor
One identity across cloud apps and devices, with MFA and access policy applied consistently.
- 04
Costs you can explain
License cleanup, right-sized plans, and SaaS consolidation so you stop paying for seats and services nobody uses.
- 05
Hybrid that makes sense
Cloud where it helps, on-premises where it's cheaper or faster — connected securely and managed as one environment.

Questions
Common questions
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?
Both are excellent, and the right answer depends on your team's habits, the applications you rely on, your device fleet, and your security requirements. We'll give you a straight comparison for your situation rather than a default recommendation.
Can you move us off an old on-premises Exchange or file server?
Yes. Legacy email and file server migrations are common projects for us. We plan the cutover, migrate the data, reconfigure clients and devices, and handle DNS and deliverability so mail keeps flowing.
Our cloud bill keeps growing. Can you help?
Usually. Unused licenses, oversized plans, duplicate SaaS tools, and idle cloud resources add up quietly. We'll inventory what you're paying for, what's used, and what can be consolidated or resized.
